Last month the school took part in an Anchored Schools Safeguarding Audit. This was a comprehensive review process, carried out by an external provider. The audit process included key documentation review, self-reflection, and interaction with leaders, pupils, and staff. World Book Day at Alexandra School was a fantastic event, with pupils arriving in some excellent costumes. Touraine Geese went to the Wallace Collection to learn about landscapes. They took part in a workshop where they explored famous artwork through sensory activities and hands-on creative tasks.

Faroese Geese visited The Postal Museum last Thursday to introduce our new book in English “The Dragon Post”. All Faroese Geese enjoyed the experience especially the underground mail rail and the sensory play activity.  

Year 6 were lucky enough to be part of the Junior Citizenship Day at the RAF Museum in Northolt.  They explored a wide range of topics linked to independence and safety when out and about in the community.  This included learning linked to train travel, fire safety and safe cycling.  

The pupils of Alexandra School are really enjoying the beautiful new ‘friendship grows here‘ bench generously donated by the father of a former pupil.  It has already become a favourite spot for pupils, parents and staff to take a moment to relax and everyone is extremely grateful for this thoughtful gift.
