On Wednesday 3rd June Teal Geese went to Woodoaks Farm to learn about habitats and begin to explore where our food comes from. We managed to dodge thunder and rain inside the barn where we made birds nests with a variety of different materials that would be found in the hedgerows, we then put eggs into these nests.
We ground corn to make flour and then mixed this with water to make a dough. Outside we found some very big puddles and enjoyed walking and splashing in these.
