All of our pupils at Alexandra School present with moderate learning difficulties.
Each pupil is valued for his or her individuality. They are supported to socialise with each other and make friends. Our pupils enjoy coming to school and demonstrate daily their love for learning. They are wholly included in the life of their class and the school. The children take pride in belonging to the school and once they feel that sense of belonging, they make a contribution beyond themselves.
Alexandra School is a great school and it is caring. I feel happy to be here because it is almost like home.
Year 6 pupil, Alexandra School
Most pupils at Alexandra remain at the school until the end of Year 6, at which point pupils tend to move on to a special needs high school, either within Harrow or in another borough.
